Pre-Background Interview for Police Background Investigations
Each investigator conducts an initial pre-background interview with the applicant. This crucial meeting, typically lasting 60 to 90 minutes, is conducted via live stream in a secure, private setting. During the interview, the entire Personal History Statement (PHS) is thoroughly reviewed, along with all pre-collected documents.
