Background Investigation Final Report

Our background investigators will compile a detailed narrative report summarizing the investigation results. This report will provide detailed information for the reviewing authority to extend a conditional offer of employment when appropriate. Key elements will include referencing the Background Investigation Dimensions and highlighting any findings relevant to bias, negative patterns of behavior and indicators of unsuitability.

All findings and documentation gathered during the investigation will be included in the candidate's background investigation final report. This comprehensive file will be available in a secured digital format that can be shared via a secured link to members of command staff and HR.
